The unknown truth to many people,
is that so many times our body is not
getting up to 60% of the required vitamin,
mineral and other nutrients our body need.

The reason why we surfer most of the
sickness we surfer is as a result of
malnutrition and our health institutions
are not helping matters.

For instance, if someone
have stomach discomfort, after a test
they may discover that the problem
is as a result of indigestion.
The doctor will prescribe drugs that
will aid digestion and the patient will
pay for the drugs and go. This kind of
medication is just for temporal,
what the doctor should have done is
to refer the patient to a nutritionist so
that he/she will advice the patient on
what he should be eating to maintain
a healthy digestive system.

But u would agree with me that our health
( institution) doesn't have such support system.

The truth is our body don't get the required nutrients it need to function well from the food we eat. So we need supplement if we must have a healthy living.

Nice blog. I very much agree that we have deficient meals but what impacts more on our health is the excess of virtually everything we consume.
To maintain a healthy diet we have to keep track of our daily calorie intake, exercise, alcohol etc. yes of course we can go further and get supplements of vitamins deficient in our meals.
