Nice blog. I very much agree that we have deficient meals but what impacts more on our health is the excess of virtually everything we consume. To maintain a healthy diet we have to keep track of our daily calorie intake, exercise, alcohol etc. yes of course we can go further and get supplements of vitamins deficient in our meals. 1 Like |
