1) The Necom House is recorded to be West Africa’s tallest building since 1979, standing at an impressive 160m (520ft) tall.

2) The building was set on fire by arsonists in 1983.





3) NECOM means Nigeria External Communications, It was originally built to house the headquarters of NECOM.

4) THE Communication tower at the top of the building serves as a Light House Beacon for the Lagos Harbour

5) The NECOM House is a National treasure and We should hope a fire incident never happens again.
