pls I need your assistance. I recharged my gotv account, I was credited but its not working. I tried to clear the error code via dia website but it saya "account suspended"....I have called their customer care line but not working....I need help nairalanders...thanks |

Austin, I was also having the same problem. But a few hours back, I saw this post which had all the answers. And instantly, my Decoder was back to normal and I would see all my subscribed channels. |
