Does Nigerian bank mastercard or Visa card accept card to card transfer?

If you have a client outside like in the US who wants to pay you by credit card, is a Nigerian bank card that can make this possible?

I did use escrow for the transaction and the money is already in my account, though i lost over $100 to commission, hence the thread to reduce such free cash to brokers. I am just asking because his first suggestion was to pay me via credit card.

most banks prepaid visa card can receive fund directly from other credit cards.

I didn't even used my last africard until it expired lol. I guess that is what I will be doing now. No need for paypal lol. does that mean that mastercard can send funds to these Visa cards?
