Just thinking about a state like Lagos to set the pace by introducing Freedom of information bill. That will surely help Fasola credibility.

I brought this up about a year ago on here. I am glad you have brought this up again. Yes, nothing STOPS lagos from signing a state FOI BILL and If there is any movement already working on this, I will gladly sign up to join/donate and help anyway I can. I am not sure continuing to wait for it at federal level is wise as we all know how that is likely to go.

the constitution doesnt say anything against it so why not. even my local government can do have such law passed even if my state doesnt want to.

Abi ooo!!! I suggested we have it at the local government level if the state refuses. Nothing is stopping it so I don't understand why organizations still mostly believe it has to be at the federal level for it to be effective.
