If you attack and rob ship at sea, you get to be called a pirate, off the coast of PH, Somalia or Florida, it doesn't matter, armed with rusty AK-47s and local charms or gleaming M16 and boat mounted machine guns, it doesn't matter either, the name is still pirate, I agree it's not 'cool', stealing a tuber of yam in the market with a knife, and a well cordinated assault on a bank with automatic weapon are both armed robbery.

Good they are caught its because of these pirates hijacking, rubbing & kidnapping that most companies and vessels refuse working in Nigeria waters. Everyday you receive Gmdss messages about Nija onboard your vessel your crew and captain will look at you in a despeakable manner.
