Because South-West managed to conduct elections that were free from irregularities in the last general election both for gubernatorial and presidential election. Go and check the results that were churned out in all the regions of this nation, u will see that the most of the results in southwestern states reflects the true registered voters that participated in the election. On the contrary, check the results in the South-South, South-East and some North-West and North -East states, u will see a true figure manipulations to win in favour of either Jonathan or Buhari respectively but the majority eventually carried the day. So if u are wondering why non of the annulled elections is from South-West states, it is because the election fairly reflects the will of the people in that region.

The two APC seats are lost till 2019.The Court of Appeal barred the candidates and the party from. participating in the re-run since they did not conduct/emerge from primaries.
One may as well add those two seats to PDP column

Is it true that a re-run as been ordered for Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District of Akwa Ibom State? That is the seat occupied by the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, the Uncommon Transformer.

I don't see Saraki going anytime soon. The power brokers in APC will like too continue using him for their bidding as reflected during the ministerial screening cum confirmation, not that they like him but... They will discard him by throwing him in jail as soon as he lost value among his priced loyalists.
