With the Recent Appeal Court Judgment against Wike (PDP) and all PDP House of Assembly members (22 PDP House members, Speaker inclusive, 1 APC), Rivers State may soon be heading for imminent Lacuna in Government House seeing there won't be a Speaker to hold brief while the Rerun is conducted. Just Thinking aloud...!!! |

CharlesPhc:You are the only one seeing any "lacuna" or lacacera here. According to Nigerian constitutional provision, the state Chief Judge will be the Governor in acting capacity pending the time a new executive governor will emerge through electoral process. Although, he/ she (the State CJ) cannot stay there for more than 90 days. |
