it all started when I installed windows 10.
I was thinking it's issues with drivers but look@ it this way!!!
my PC can't detect my mobile Hotspot, but can detect other wi-fi network.
the irony is: while it can't detect my mobile Hotspot, other PC or phones can detect it.
my phone: BBQ10
my PC: Pavilion DV6 (AMD)

Hope one of the following would help

Try disabling your wireless adapter, then re enabling it

Try updating your WiFi driver. It is very possible that an old driver won't detect more recent/updated wireless hotspot devices

Try creating a new user account. This usually solves a lot of problems for me

Downgrade your OS. Windows 10 is just not for everyone. I've heard of several cases were it disabled their Network Adapters

Open network sharing center=>manage wireless networks.....locate ur hotspot n delete it..turn on ur mobile hotspot n search again..it will b detected
