Buy Samsung Galaxy Note 3 nd enjoy.
If ure thinking of imei changing, look for a gud engineer who has z3x box b4 buying d Samsung, nd ask if he can change d imei 4 u successfully.
Tho the infinix zero 3 is d good phone, it's a mediatek device nd mediatek processors suck in more ways dan 1.

Not sure if you can get a phone like that for that price
Phantom5, Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus has finger print scanner
but phantom 5 featured all you've mentioned
