Chief Olufemi Fani-Kayode has carpeted President Muhammadu Buhari over the 2016 Budget which he (Buhari) presented to the National Assembly on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. The chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who is known for his outspoken nature on issues of national interest, took to the social media to express his dissatisfaction with the budgetary allocations. Femi Fani-Kayode is unhappy with President Muhammadu Buhari over the 2016 budget. According to him, the budget is filled with insincerity and fantasy, this is in corroboration with the PDP’s comment over the budget, where it stated that the Nigerian president presented a fraudulent budget to the citizens. The budget outline is as realistic as anything we have seen in the past 20 years. I want see the breakdown before I throw my weight behind it. At least,the budget aims to address specific problems. Unlike Jonathan's budget in which the only problem addressed are his kitchen, private jet needs and all manner of phantom projects etc |
