Interesting.

So according to this report, Buhari anticipated that Mr. Kanu would stand up in court and question the court's competency and the Judge's integrity to try him and opt for remaining in jail.

Buhari must have also foreseen that Mr. Kanu would refuse to have his plea taken and that the judge would excuse himself from the case to enable him plant his SS or SE judge to jail Kanu.

Buhari must be a master planner.

Exactly what l've been thinking....If those judges were to be from SS/SE they would have played to the gallery.....Judges from this part of the country are too wicked and diabolical
