I wonder what this man know about in the aspect of leisure, Culture and tourism. Why not create a separate ministry for this huge economic spiner so that Nigeria dreams can be actualized at least through the Tourism sector..

Politicians will always. Be politician. Cancel the stupid NYSC programme. Pay the whole Nigerian graduate in full so that they can go and find something to do.......that's one area. and I bet you unempolyment will be reduced by more than 40 percent. All this programme to reduce employment will only be turned into an avenue to steal again. Tough decision should be made for the Good of Nigerians. Concerned APC member.

I wondered how the murals and art works in the Russian train stations and undergrounds were created and an associate said they were contracted to artists - those who studied fine arts and were funded by the state.

They are a continuously added and sometimes modified.

Relate this to those that studied theatre arts, music and such and think how they too may be employed.

I think there's some sense to this.
