The OP forgot this is an African setting where you ought to do Traditional wedding, most traditional weddings cost more.
For me sha, the best form of wedding is one in which all that is required is meeting up the traditional rights and going to the church to bless the union without spending a dime on white wedding...
This is only adviceable when you don't have the means, but if you do, then it's worth spending...
