Its true... But no be all schools o. They are called Mega Schools and its like they're just about four of them (if I'm right) in Akure. And they're others in other senatorial districts of the state.

To say that's how an average government primary school or an average school look like in Ondo state is a big lie... However, the school exists and its built by Gov. Mimiko administration.

You nailed it bro

that's nice. we want development in every part of the country no matter which party rules the state. if I may ask how many of their schools are this good. if they are all looking this way, that's great. I give kudos to the governor.

PDP's twitter handle tweeted the pictures, praising Governor Segun Mimiko and claiming that this is what a typical primary school in Ondo state looks like.

Is it true?

Going by the wealth of this nation, this type of primary school isn't a big deal, but alas!! Its not the case, kudos to the ondo state government for this feat, hoping it can be sustained and emulated across the country.

True....but making all the schools in Ondo look like that involves increasing taxes, adding new taxes, increasing fees, and diversifying the economy.

Which your average Nigerian has a word for....oppression.

Everything must be free in Nigeria just like our parents time (when less than 20% of the population was in school).

Doesn't matter how we pay for it........ sad
The fact is the mega schools project is not bad but a misplaced priority on the side of government.Imagine the state government expending a whooping sum of 600,000,000 on each mega schools!,it is totally unacceptable. Akure the state capital has like 4, like 6 other local govts areas has one each.

Why not renovate the existing schools that are in perpetual loathsome conditions across the state? As an average Nigerian from this state, the mega school project is nothing but just a means to siphon money.

A least mimiko did some schools. In some states virtually all public schools are in very bad condition. In kwara state I understand there's no single public school ( primary or secondary) that is not in a state of disrepair - thanks to Bukola saraki's 8 years of misrule and additional 8 years of misery are being added by saraki's puppet.

Even the Public School opposite my Dad's compound benefited from the Mega Schools Project by the Governor. The buildings are fortified with Modern School needs. Seriously speaking, every administration in Ondo State don't joke with education, mostly from the Grassroots. Government in Ondo State always provide basic learning materials ranging from: Exercise books, Textbooks, Bags sometimes (Uniforms and Sandals) and Slashed fees to the bearest minimum for students in rural areas in the state.

The only people benefited from Governor are cronies and praise singers at least N5,000 every month
They are always on social media given fake and undeserved award to Mr Governor.
