Happy new year to you. I need a quantity surveyor who would assist me in making a budget plan to construct at least 100 flats of studio rooms (self contained rooms), 100 1 bedroom + parlor, 100 2 bedroom, 100 3 bedroom, rooms.

I want to provide affordable accomodation in Nigeria and although I don't have the money to do so I can get the funds through crowd funding online. I want to create a new payment regime that would make Nigerians pay their rent at an affordable price.
