My cousin finds it difficult to stop smoking ciggrete and marijuana. After smoking it, he wil say to himself, "what did i gain from it" he wil trow away d remaining weed, but d next day, wil find himself doing it again. The only time he can stop it is, if he travel to where there is no smell of weed and ciggrete. Pls how can we help him, especially now that he is an applicant looking for job.

In my own opinion,Only him can stop it. Those medications and all proved to help stop smoking would not be a 100% effecetive to stop him. Smoking is a very addictive behavior. He could as well think of the risks, like cancer, heart problems and that might help motivate him to stop. It might not be a one day thing but gradually. Also i've heard of nicotine gums or such, I don't know if it helps.
