Please help me on this, I dont know how to check my balance on the new multilinks EVDO blue broadband. I change my subscription plan to 50hours. and paid in their office at Motorway Ikeja. But its not connecting as I have exhausted my credit then. Until I rechrge with the former plan of 15 hours (N1,100) it get connected again. My Question now is what is my balance, I have been calling Multilinks customer care past three days but no response. I dont know which plan I am now. And their plan that comes with 15hours at 250mB 50 hours at 800MB , is confusing. I like to know if the charges is on MB used or 15hours. Thanks |
