Phcn Refused To Comply With Fg Directive To Remove Fix Charges. by bnovative(m): 8:52am On Jan 05, 2016
I went to phcn office this morning to recharge my prepared meter. On recharging the card, i noticed the amount per unit has been increased yet the sum did not just explain the less number of units given. I asked the offficial to reconcile the account and he told me part of the money went for fix charge.
Why has phcn not complied with fg directive?
was it just a trick to increase electricity tarrif?
We are in for a long thing!
