We are located in Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria with operational base in Port Harcourt and Warri. We are looking for driven and passionate people to join our dynamic team, who will set their alarms for every working day to get up for something than just a pay Cheque.

You
As a Finance/Office Manager, you will direct all office activities including customer and vendor contact, communication with managers/supervisors. Responsible for accounting and internal management reporting systems, invoicing, collections, payables, payroll, taxes and insurance. Monitor cash flows and manage filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the maintenance repairs works and the flow of information around the office
2. Assist with the review of daily job summaries and maintain current employee files
3. Direct invoicing activities, work with managers/supervisors to keep job files current reflecting any changes and direct office staff to render accurate reporting on assigned duties
4. Responsible for all accounting and internal management reporting, using Quick books and Excel to provide current and accurate financial and job information to management.
5. Direct the activities of all accounting and office clerical personal, prepares jobs profitability report and monthly financial statements reflecting accurately the operations of the company. Follow up on account receivables collections and supervises the company’s payables and pay roll systems.
6. Direct all other office activities, including the management of adequate insurance coverage, timely tax returns preparation , payments and maintenance of accurate and complete filing systems
7. Assist in the scheduling and Coordination of completed jobs, working with project management department to assure that invoice are prepared on a timely basis with accurate maps to jobs and contact customers immediately prior to submission and follow up.

Qualification and Experience
1. B.Sc. degree or HND in Accounting or Finance. A certified member of ICAN, ACCA, etc.
2. Solid track record of 5+ years professional accounting Experience
3. Ability to present professional accounting reports and cost control/management techniques
4. A self-starter, proven team player with the ability to build strategic and profitable relationships
5. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
6. The ability to focus, prioritize, multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment
7. Proficient Computer skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
