Any object, including your suitcase, can be smart and robotic according to the CEO of NUA Robotics, Alex Libman. The suitcase will use an inbuilt camera sensor and Bluetooth pairing through a smartphone app; so that it can know where the owner is and as well follow the owner to wherever he leads.
