For those complaining that the road is not tarred... look carefully behind the car once more, and u will see the stretch of the road. the car is parked off the road. No matter what u might say while never being in Anambra state, you should know that Anambra have good road networks, cutting accross a greater percentage of even its most interior villages.

Thanks.

Our leaders are major part of our problems. Why can't Anambra government patronize innoson motors right in their?

See the car and the road. I give that car just 6 months and it will become a rickety car
Re: What I Saw In Anambra State Today(picture attached) by zikIPE: 3:38pm On Jan 08, 2016
Please, those cars are parked beside the road, not on the road itself.this is Y-Junction where there is an intersection between two roads. Roads in awka are well tarred.

Before we start using these kinda cars as a police car, we need to first work on our roads... Nice though

Lesson 2) Anambra state is where the Innoson Automobile Manfucaturing factory is located, but the Anambra state Governemnt prefers buying Toyota cars instead of patronising cars that are manufactured by Innoson in Anambra state

Its possible Innoson Motors are not that Cheap.... He bought those cars for use on the "motor able" roads.

Hello everybody.
I was walking towards Y-Junction somewhere in awka, the Anambra State capital, when i spotted the police cars recently commisioned by Governor Willie Obiano being put to good use. I'm happy it hasn't been sold after showing off or parked in someone's backyard. This is not the first time i'm seeing the car there, but i've always been scared to take a picture of it lest our trigger happy policemen use me for target practice. I've also seen some of them parked at strategic locations all over awka The police also setup a make-shift base at Y-Junction where there is a high incidence of motor accidents. Last month, a cyclist had his head crushed by a trailer *shivers*. More power to a working governor-Governor Willie Obianor. As he would say, "Willie is willingly working" grin 8-)

There's another parked at AROMA junction near Anambra broadcast service, another close to Arthur Eze junction, still another at Agu Awka roundabout.
just wait till 6pm and you'll see these men harrass okada/keke riders for 20 naira.

What's the difference? New cars, same old extortion still going on.

I guess you were going towards Okpuno.

I love that question. IVM produces more beautiful cars than this one. Our politicians are hawks, our economy killers. Peter Obi over 2500 vehicles from IVM this is act of patriotism.
