She supposed to have open a hospital that no one will pay for a dime
She's not an elected official or political appointee. Tell her hubby that. She's only using her relatively prominent public profile to do charity work. The big deal here is not just the bills paid, but to encourage other people with less or even more money to do charity work of any kind.

I swear, i really don't understand how Nigerian's think. A lot of Nigerian's deserve to be flogged early in the morning, and late at night before they go to bed. Maybe, just maybe it will wake them up mentally. Instead of people to be asking where is all these "donation" funds coming from, they are busy being blinded by hunger and frustration. The normal way to conduct these kind of selfless service is through NGO's, or through a foundation. My question is, how is it that some public officials are able to afford this? Where is the money coming from. This is the reason i advocate for an effective tax system in Nigeria. With taxation, your true source of income is seen clearly and is made public for all to see. Nigerian's really need their heads examined.
And you think you said anything sensible in this junk of a comment you heaped up there, wealthy and kind-hearted people all over the world indulge in charity to share the little they have with those in need.

You are right about that. But, here is the difference. Government officials and their families don't go about donating everything under the sun to people. Reason is they want to avoid question's of where these funds are coming from. And rightly so. They either set up an NGO or a foundation to handle things like this. Nigerian's don't know what the standard is because they've never experienced it. I ask again, where is the funds coming from? Fayose gave car gifts to teachers recently; was that part of the state budget? Nigerian's never seem to ask the right questions.
