OIL PULLING.

Definition...

This oral therapy is an ancient traditional Indian system which involves swishing oil (coconut, sesame, or sunflower oil) in the mouth for about 20 minutes and then spitting it out.
While it cleans and detoxifies teeth and gums, it has the added effect of whitening teeth naturally.
Evidence even shows that it is beneficial in improving gums and removing harmful bacteria.

How to do OIL PULLING
1. Put 1-2 teaspoons of VCO into the mouth.
2. Swish for 5-20 minutes
3. Rinse well
4. Brush after

*** The oil will get thicker and milky as it mixed with saliva during the period of swishing and should be creamy-white when spat out. Brush to get rid of any remaining bacteria.
