I'm so afraid of what harm this could cause to my life.. I'm too used to the phone to the extent that I can't even pray any longer. The first thing I do early in the morning is to check whether I have any unread message and afterward I log into nairaland and facebook. Believe me, that's what I do everyday. Even if there is no electricity, I will make sure I drained the battery with browsing before leaving it... The most painful thing is that, there is nothing reasonable I do online except reading nairaland article and others. I somtimes deleted my browser just to avoid this rubbish bt I later eventually downloaded new browser. Pls I'm tired of such life. |

U don't have to allow it to be a problem bro, I have been in that position and now gradually getting out of it. It's mostly cause by joblessness. You are the only one who can help urselve out of this, u are the only one who can talk to urselve, just be determine and u will overcome. Think of things that can improve ur live positively, things that can make u in life and start engaging ur self in it. Above all, pray for the grace and knw that u have control over ur life. U HAVE THE POWER 2 Likes |

Hmm was in this phase earlier, but what justifies my online presence was to upgrade my knowledge. Then I moved to not having data, next was get busy physically i.e reading books. Just find what works for you 1 Like |
