INTRODUCING SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION E-LEARNING APPLICATION.
Education in Nigeria is in state of decay at all levels. The perennial poor performance of candidates in Senior School Certificate Examination by the West Africa Examination Council (waec), National Examination Council (NECO), and Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is a clear indication of this decline. This has been continuous concern to everyone. The situation has been brought about by the following problems among others;
