Seriously i have been experiencing this right from childhood. Early in the morning saliva go just full my mouth and very disgusting to swallow back. I can't talk widawt spitting it out but i can see my dad talking freely without spitting for 30mins. Is there cure to it. Though i brush 10times in a week. |
