If the govt want to make amend now, Why raise eyebrows when the budget has not been signed yet? I is not yet a law, it is only a proposal now. I prefer a govt that listen to citizens reservations about part of the budget that is willing to amend it now. Last govt spent billions on food every year even though we complained
