Responsibilities will include:
- Develop methods of handling standard legal matters for a real estate firm.
- Ensure legal frameworks for due process practices are adhered to.
- Draw up legal documents for transactions.
- Liaise with external counsel and government authorities.
- Enhance legal due diligence and assurances of business.
- Update employer of current and relevant legal best practices.
- Facilitate the accurate documentation of financial transactions.
- Ensure legal properness.

- LL.B degree holder
- 1-2 years accounting experience.
- Between 25 - 32years of age.

@wisestman and fm7070: **smiles**. seriously, you guys need to wake to smell the coffee of the harsh realities of the economy, new graduates complain of employers always looking for experience before they employ, and now here is an employer that is willing to employer one with little or no experience and you want him to pay 100k? how much will he then pay an experienced candidate? Come to think of it, how many budding firms start graduates with upwards of 60k, seriously? in this current economy? Anyways, I have employed both a rookie lawyer and an accountant for the client already, and they are both very happy with their jobs, infact I had other candidates that were pleading with me to hire them for 40-50k. the economic realities out here is quite tough for most folks, no time for yanga, start somewhere and move up, your big bucks is not gono always come magically.
