Good news to LG g3 users. U can now download and install official Android 6.0 marshmallow on ur g3. I know LG is not pushing the updates to our phones yet but why wait when u can have it now. The kdz file is already available on xda. Just download and flash using LG flashtool 2014. The good news is U DON'T NEED ROOT TO FLASH LG PHONES USING LG FLASHTOOL. Just go into download mode and flash, very simple. I even flashed with normal flash without wiping on top of lollipop and everything is perfect. I can confirm it is smoother than lollipop at least on LG G3.

Dude i hope dis thing is not risky? Am sick of lolipop its a battery hog..my phone isnt rooted.. Have you experienced any problems so far or what has improved for you since the update?

No its not risky if u know what u are doing. So far the phone runs better. Lg has improved the visual disolays and scrolling is now better. Also there's all optimization which improves battery life. I can give uva step by step guide if u want to upgrade.

Lol, LG made it known since early last year that the g3 won't be getting 5.1 that they would jump straight to 6.0 when it gets ready. They kept their word, 6.0 has been available since December. Pushing it via ota is another thing they are doing region by region. But if u cannot wait u can download the official software and flash urself which is what I did.

they should nt ban people unnecessary, they should atleast send the line of ur error to u,warn u and before banning people.
