Job Description
We are a new Lounge situated in Lekki, Lagos. Seeking to employ the services of a manager to run the affairs of the Lounge.

Responsibilities:
●Ensure all customers are provided with outstanding service
●Recruiting, training and supervising staff
●Promoting and Marketing the business
●Good communication skills
●Energetic and dynamic
●Work with little or no supervision
●Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
●Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
●Dealing with customer complaints and comments
●Must be able to control operational cost and generate sales and cost reports
●Responsible for managing and motivating the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:
●Degree from a reputable institution in Social Sciences/ Arts or its equivalent.
●Experience working with budgets, forecasts and presentation is a must.
●Previous experience with dealing and resolving guest queries.
●Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi task while working under pressure
●High level of English language skills both written and verbal.
● Must have good leadership and people
management skills
