I have been a subscriber of MTN GSM network for years and have had no cause for complaint until recently when I noticed some unusual practices of funny charges once I recharged with more than N1000. Suddenly hundreds of naira will be deducted for just checking my Gmail. N1000 credit on MTN is soon finished in a day, but N500 on Glo will last for up to three days for the same service. And Glo gives you double amount back for the amount spent on calls and text messages. Is MTN doing sharp practices to rip off subscribers in Nigeria? |

Why not just subscribe to a data plan than complaining of being ripped off. It's easier, cheaper and u would save yourself the trouble of trying to imagine how your credit finishes 1 Like |
