What Recruiters Are Really Looking For In Your CV by Emmaus12: 7:30am On Jan 19, 2016
See summary below and read more using the link, although I know this wont make front page for the following reasons;

1. Nothing to do about Nairalands latest crush Chika Ike
2. Nothing about women with grapefruit breasts so nairalanders can spy and still comment like hyporcrites tongue
3. How wizkid, davido and dammy krane slept with 5 girls and got them pregnant + a whole lot more

LEAST IMPORTANT CV ELEMENTS
1. Whether you put education before experience or vice versa
2. Keeping your CV under 2 pages
3. Writing in the third person
4. Having experience working abroad
5. Including volunteer experience
*according to recruiters.
MORE IMPORTANT CV ELEMENTS
1. Avoiding misspellings and typos
2. Avoiding grammatical errors
3. Including specific details of what you have achieved in previous roles
4. Using a professional tone
5. Including specific details of your responsibilities in previous roles
