Is better to take a reasonable decision, destroying government properties is not a wise decision to settle difference... Niger Delta militants, you are on your own because when the trouble take it dimensions, your people will suffer most.

This region fed Nigeria and has continue doing so. What happened to dialogue? Yaradua was no fool when he negotiated.

Billions of naira that was given to the Niger delta area for development via min of Niger delta, their oil derivation funds, OMPADec, nddc and the amnesty programme had been looted by it's own people, leaving the masses wretched. Buhari hopesvto bring these thieves to justice.

Talk is cheap.... Same way he said boko haram will be defeated within 3months.... Baba leave trash for lawma jare
This their scheme for long, they want us to believe they have eradicated the menace in the North .

They know people would have raised their eyebrows if bokoharam had stopped abruptly, so in order not to appear suspicious they had to keep the game( killing) going to be stopped subsequently.

Boko haram that operates on land we have not been able to defeat them it's these militants that operates from the creeks with their gun boats and long bullets you want to suppress with ease? Mr boo boo, please just do the needful by doing your job every other thing would fall in place.

Is Iran occupying America?
I tell you something, the reason this militants issue lingered this long is cause of the government negotiated with a group of rent seeking terrorists who don't care that their communities are been polluted by oil exploitative activities as long as they get paid. What happens to the environment and the dwellers of the communities who are mainly women and children, how do they benefit from amnesty or, what has changed in the Niger Delta region since the inception of amnesty that's has gulped billions of naira? The current quagmire in the ND is representative of the way an average Nigerian reasons, Sharp sharp 'fixing', how do you sustain the payment this amnesty (rent) if you like and why does government not care about other individuals in that area but militants?
This events are inevitable because the arrangement is not sustainable. The government should have been responsible to work out a framework for oil exploration activities and stand strictly by it. Instead of asking a group of terrorist what theg want, they ought to have done what is in the interest of the communities and invariablly Nigeria. The government was supposed to have cleaned up the ND areas and invested in the community and not giving militants money to buy arms.
Getting good result often takes lot of effort and resources, Nigerians and her government cannot keep making sharp sharp arrangement and think that their problems will go away..nah the problem is just postponed.

#Thats why its best never to negotiate with terrorist, cause there demands are endless.

I have discovered that Nigeria is my business. I must not argue or side a political party, but I have a duty to be concerned about the state of affairs of this nation, no matter how hopeless it all seem.

The Niger Delta militants are rising like Phoenix from their ash. I blame the amnesty arrangement of 2011 for this, it pet and milked them. Odi community of Bayelsa state is so peaceful and coordinated today because of the rigid actions of Gen. Obasanjo (most see it as genocide). For the information of the new militants, another General is on sit...

All is fair in war.... You dont expect federal government to smile with you when you vandalize the nation's property and disturbs her welfare

Don't worry, another Odi is loading on top of Ijaws head, maybe by the time Buhari is through, Timaya will use the death of his people to sing us another party banger.

Children of end time.

So what is the outcome of the dialogue? Are the militants not still raking havoc?

Enough is enough. After all what is the worth of the so called oil today?

What we do not understand is that a barrel of palm oil is more expensive than a barrel of crude oil as we speak.

Your turn in the west?
we cant even wait for the turn of SW theifs to be arrested!. We do not glorify thieves in the west even if they are elders. The moment you are caught you lose your respect, we dont come out defending thieves!
EG Falaye was booed in the church once his people saw that he ate part of our commonwealth yam. no one respects Bode George again in the SW he has lost that respect since his arrest for contract splitting and looting.

But can we say the same with you people, blind defender of thieves just because na your tribes man.

Am sorry to say some Nigerians don't have common sense, so because the oil is from your region, u now tink u can vandalize FGs oil installations, in the name of militancy, and some eeeeddiots are talking bout dialog..Im sorry to say buh thts how a coward talks, doesn't tht encourage more people to vandalize more installations, doesn't tht encourage pple to go into militancy, go and c the d rot in that region, no body wants to work nymore...most pple der r looking for quick money, wah we need in this country is brute force, because some of us dnt know the level of decay this country has gone into...if we keep allowing diff sects to see themselves as more powerful than the state, then sooner rather than later our case wud b like tht of Syria.....pls let's not be sentimental in our reasoning, we dnt have to politicize everything......
