Exactly bro that one dey. The main thing is to build stamina then gradually add speed ( not usain bolt kind of speed o)

Eg: jog a certain distance like 1 week den the next week after u must have built stamina, u cover dat same distance but in less time

Some cadets are withdrawn from d Academy some hours to POP.

Don't say what you don't know,even the present CoAS passed out in Dec. during his time.for RC it may be conducted September/Oct because of academic calendar but SSC can pass out anytime depending on when they started training.Morever, you are coming here to exhibit immaturity.I still wonder how you are using phone in Afaka,face your studies I advise
