[b][/b]Folks I think it is high time we stopped the issues of 'Only auto sales as the order of the day' on Nairaland Auto Forum.

A lot of ideas to share on auto basically on the symptom of auto problem and the thesis or diagnosis each forumist has to contribute.

For Instance: Nairanlander A had his car automatic gear got stucked at top gear or perhaps got slipped from Gear 1 to 2. What are the symptom, diagnosis,solution,idea, etc. May be one forumist will ask him or her to change his or her automatic valve body or gear selector, and it works, that will prevent him/her from splurging his or her hard earned money on getting a new transmission or transmission re-built. Apparently,that is what is called sharing of thought and ideas.

Moreover, our cars are accompanied with a lot of unexpected headaches: Like Gurgling sound (Water sound)under dashboard when revving, like clik clak sound while turning or steering, like Vibration on cold-start up, like tap tap sound on cold start, like clicking sound when changing gear at idle, like car jerking while changing gear, like humming sound from engine. What of while you are driving your car and it suddenly stops, don't you think it might be bad fuel filter? Does it need to be repaired or changed? Good tips in knowing what Kind of motor oil to be used in servicing your over 100,000miles Car, don't you think 10w30 is the best oil to be used cuz 5w30 are lighter and they have low viscosity they might cause unreasonable metal-metal sound in your engine, and resultant, it could cause your Piston to get knocked, don't you think it is expensive to change? What about good identification of good Oil filter for your auto model, the road-side oil filter could be as disastrous to cause engine problems.
