A person is condemned for rejecting Jesus christ as his LORD and personal savior.

John 3:18
"He that believeth on Him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already,because he hath not believed in the Name of the only begotten Son of God"

An infant is NOT capable of rejecting Jesus Christ. An infant is incapable of committing the sin mentioned in John 16:19 "about sin, because people do not believe in me"

The Judgment of the Dead
11 Then I saw a great white throne and
him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened,which is the book of life. The dead WERE JUDGE ACCORDING TO WHAT THEY HAD DONE AS RECORDED IN THE BOOKS. 13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done.

This verse indicate the unsaved are ressurected and to be judge according to their work, WHAT EVIL WORK an INFANT HAS DONE ? Genesis 18:25 say ... "Will not the God of all the earth do right?" God doing the right things mean infant will Go to heaven.

Considered the compassionate heart for God toward the unbelievers. (1 Tim. 2:4, this is God's desire)."Not willing that any should perish" (2 Pet. 3:9). "Even so it is not the will of your Father, who is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish" (Matt. 18:14). "I have no
pleasure in the death of the wicked " (Ezekiel 33:11). While these verses do not refer specifically to infants, they do teach us that the loving and merciful heart of our God desires the salvation of all men.

One thing we know, their are believers and unbelievers, their are people who reject Jesus christ and people who accept Him. A person decisions will determine his eternity, a person go to hell because he reject Jesus christ. WHAT DECISIONS AN INFANT IS CAPABLE OF MAKING ? Their is something we need to know here, the Age of accountability is not mention in the bible BUT everyone will ACCOUNT for his sin, what sin will an infant account for ?
