LISTEN FOR SOUND:Check for any sound when the horn is energized. If there is, then know that the electrical circuitry is still intact. INSPECT THE HORN: loosen the horn, clean any rust, and set it back and if the horn does not sound run a jumper wire to it directly from the battery.
