Hi all,

I have a 2000 model Toyota corolla, I recently started hearing a scraping sound from the engine bay when I accelerate. The sound comes up only when the speed of the car is below 60km/hr. What could be the cause.?

Also, I have never changed the ATF and Brake Oil since I bought the car as Tokunbo and it is almost 3 years now. Should I go ahead and change it?

what is a scraping sound? On car talk we have the legendary "kpom" sound, we have the "kpokom" sound. Please feel free to describe yours. (is it the kla,kla, kla kla sound?)

Lol. It sounds like dis "gree gree greeeee" till it gets to 60 km/hr
