There are very few things in life more important than having a happy old age. If you want to have a happy old age, this is the time to prepare for it. There are a number of things you can be doing such as taking lots of vegetable, fruits and clean water (especially the habit of gulping down a cup of clean water early in the morning) and habitual regulated physical exercises. You should also try to keep a clean conscience and a peace of mind generally. To have this, you should do as follows:
1. Help a lot of people now that you are young.
2. Don't bear grudges. Forgive all hurts. You are doing yourself (not someone else) well by doing so.
3. Give to your parents. Anything you can do to help your parents have a happy old age, do so and it will bounce back to you later on.
4. Have a stable investment.
