However, the word RETURNED was actually used because the PDP candidates were overwhelmingly in the lead such that by the time the grey areas are finally cleared, even if PDP candidates eventually loses out of the remaining expected Votes Cast, the result would Certainly have seemingly meaningless effect on the final outcome to be announced based on the total Voter registered figure on ground
