When PDP was in power, TINUBU did not have immunity at some point. PDP was unable to have him tried for corruption. APC is in power now and they are exposing things - very good for democracy because when next PDP or another party gets into power and starts investigating APC people will say its turn by turn. This is the beauty of having checks and balances.
