UPDATE ON AKWA-IBOM
All appeals taken. Now we are waiting for the final judgement by the supreme court.
From all indicating, victory is certain for PDP, if there is no manipulation.

UPDATE ON AKWA-IBOM APPEAL:
PDP 2nd appeal (which is the 7th and the last appeal for Akwa-Ibom State).
PDP vrs Umana 7th appeal.
Appeal proceeding ongoing. PDP look good to win today again, if there is no perversion.

UPDATE:
INEC has two appeals against APC Umana. The two have been taken.
Now the 6th Appeal to be taken now.

UPDATE ON AKWA-IBOM ELECTION APPEAL:
The two other appeals have been heard. 4th appeal taken now. That is that of INEC vrs Umana (APC).
Lawyers announce appearances and the court proceeding continues.

On Akwa-Ibom election appeal.
Barr Olanipekun (SAN), lawyer to Umana, APC candidate is taking his brief.

Udom Emmanuel (Akwa-Ibom State governor PDP) withdraws one of his appeals challenging the qualification of Umana (APC candidate). APC lawyers said, no objection.
Now the supreme court will continue with other appeals.

Supreme Court hearing and possible judgements on election appeal
The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) is heading the 7 panel of judges.
The court session has started.
Akwa-Ibom case to be taken first. Akawa-Ibom appeal case has been called.
Lawyers have announced their appearances and the hearing begins.
