Hello team,just want your sincere and brotherly advice my name is peter,you guys are doing great here,I got a job with one of this new generation banks 5years as a teller on contract basis salary 49k,no conversion no re deployment no increment of pay have been with them for 5years am really tired of been is a particular position,it has come to a time I feel there's is a need I should look else where,I got 1.5m in my savings,should I start something on my own I got a business plans like going into GSM accessories on car spare parts while I sort for another job?bank job is really stressful I got no time to even think straight,although I got my made up already but your contribution will be highly appreciated,what should I do?
