definitely not in a neighbour hood that you can drive a rolls Royce. That amount can't even pay for agency fees for land purchase in festac, Amuwo odofin and Apapa. Don't even go near Ikoyi or Banana "Iceland "

The rented apartment could be a love nest where the guy man eats his bush meat occasionally.

He might have a duplex somewhere in Ajah for the weekend but decides to stay close to his business on the Mainland.

I know some average people with property in Ikorodu, Ibeju-Lekki, Ojo, Akute but decide to stay at Ikeja to avoid traffic palaver.

However, they get rent from their property elsewhere.

The photo provided by the OP is not a Rolls Royce phantom, it's not even Rolls Royce ghost so 70m still seems correct. Also, Rolls Royce phantom costs less than 215m, at most it should be 130 to 150m.

God bless you. I don't know who told him the car cost 215 million some people can't just stop lying. This was how someone bought fake gold called costume for less than 20 thousand naira and a bolok came here and said the guy bought it one million naira now the question was did the artist called you and showed you the invoice or called to tell you oh boy I bought this necklace 1 million Same way one of our domestic staff who is Barca fan telling me Messi has 500 pairs of shoes 670 pairs of football boots and he will argue it to death and this is a guy who did not know direction to airport and he is using Nokia 33 whatever but he knows it all he even claimed he has Messi personal email and he can barely read or write.

Well the guy could bought the car living in that rented building but in real sense it's a pure weird life and does not look sound enough except he is ritualist because when a man go that way you are simply a semi mad man because rules and regulations follows them everywhere.

What if FESTAC is close to the location of his business and he has a house somewhere that pays for his rent in festac? Have you thought about that? I know a director that stays in a rented duplex that costs N1.8m, yet his own duplex is rented out for N4m. He makes a cool N2.2m profit from staying in a rented apartment. OP go and get business sense and stop judging people. Having a house does not break you from your income cycle.

You must live in your own house.
What if the man has houses in iyana ipaja or that AIT area near ogun state and works in festac.
Do u expect him to live in iyana ipaja and be struggling with traffic day in day out when he can rent that out and a house in festac and have peace of mind

it's Nigerians and their mentality. A colleague of mine rented her house in Orozo in Abuja and rented a house in Wuse. Takes her 10 mins to the office rather than staying in her house and wasting hours on traffic
