We received this complaint email from a victim...please read below

Fraudulent Developer

Alhaji olanrenwaju rasheed, who is a developer to a two storey building painted chocolate and green at church Avenue off city of power Avenue by offo street kadupe bus stop Pedro shomolu Lagos State. He collected more than twelve million naira from more than 40 individuals for a nine apartment by cash and via his account with Zenith bank account name - Rasheed olanrenwaju account number - 2087071016. He told us to come and collect key to our various apartment on Saturday 30th of January, 2016 bt on getting there we find out that each apartment has been allocated to more than 5 person. His phone (09093897022) and that of his friend Mr Raji agent 08097260866 is not going again. We called on the government, private company, we'll meaning individuals and the general public to come to our aid as many as been render homeless for the evil perpetrated by Alhaji rasheed olanrenwaju.

How anyone still fall to this type of scam is beyond me in the year 2016. What prompted you to hand this tout your cash in an uncompleted building? Mere looking at the thug called Rasheed Olanrewaju, one can conclude he is up to no good.
