Pls correct me if am wrong, I noticed that the VP has permanent cool for his outfit which is black .

I dont know the reason(s) behind this though, just that am concern about it because the past president GEJ did same almost allthrough his tenure.

The question is, is it a standard or more to it because GEJ's VP was opposite (White and some bright color) like we are also seeing now (Buhari-White and bright colored outfit)
