Mobil Producing Nig. Unlimited Denies Patent Owner His Right -another Oppressed by KingClem: 3:59pm On Jul 02, 2009
Mobil company started wandering in Nigeria in 1907, from the North, West and East in search of oil, finally emerging in Eket as the base for their operations.  Well now they has some problems with the salty water and this was a very serious issues because, they couldnt drill despite the richness surounding them.  They consulted many foreign experts but this too yeilded no postive result until a NIGERIAN , came to their rescue in the person of Dr. Clement J. A. Uwemedimoh!  The chairman, Comandclem Nig. Ltd.

A meeting was held  on May 8th 1980 where Mobil in their desperate condition accepted in writing to conditions that stated that should the solution to the high corrosion menance was found, they promised to pay to COMANDCLEM royalty of $2 per barrel per product produced. This is should Comandclem succeeded, of course they succeeded!

The case now is did Mobil keep to their side of the bargain?  OOh no! instead they began a long court case!  Another great Nigerian is about to be denied his rights , right in his backyard!  For how long do we continue to allow this day-light robbery continue?

@ Tudor, the source that you ask for is are there in the court cases and the records are there to proof that Mobil has been deprieving a noble Nigerian for over 20years of his rights. The battle has been on for over 8 years now and the final verdit will be given come October this year 2009.

King Prof Clement Uwemedimoh is the rightful owner and Inventor of the quick dry anti-corrosive special paint for Q.I.T with patent no. RP13522. This has been the solution to the salty water destruction of Mobil's pipes when the started their explorations in Nigeria.

You can also benefit from the proceeds of the $8.7 trillion royalties Mobil is owing the Inventor. How do you ask? well, the inventor is ready to share this monies with as many who would want to share with him in this.

its very simply, you can come over to the office at 32 Western Avenue, Opp Abalti Barracks, Ojuelegba, Lagos.
or call Akpan on 08060704668, 07087818130.

This I assure you is certainly a good news for all Nigerians. Lets be proud of one of our own

it will be very wrong to let Mobil to continue to rob this great Nigerian of his inheritance right here in his father's land and soil.

Well, i for one know about the veracity of this story to an extent. What we have not been able to confirm however are the exact details of the contract. Does the CEO of CommandClem still have his documents intact? Does he know that no court in Nigeria will make Mobil pay him an amount that would run them out of business worldwide? What kind of lawyer does he have anyway? Does he know that Mobil can go as far as taking his life "accidentally" to close this chapter? How far has e gone with mobilzation and communicating with government officials?

He has to be very well prepared and I will make it very clear once more that no court will grant him tens of billions of dollars, let alone trillions of dollars. By the way, if you properly calculate $2/barrel at let's say 2,000,000 barrels daily for about 30 years, that goes up to about $22,000,000,000 or less. I don't know how you manage to calculate your own gazillions. The Federal Government of Nigeria and the Kano state government have together been trying to make Pfizer pay $4 billion for ore than 12 years to no avail.

There's no time for a hopeless cause right now. Or a Yahoo-Yahoo job for that matter.
