Justice Abdulazeez Anka of the Federal High Court, Lagos, yesterday refused to grant an application seeking to service processes by substituted means on the lawmaker representing Ikeja Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, James Falake.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its member, Olakunle Okunola, had filed the suit against the lawmaker for running as a deputy governorship candidate in Kogi State, while representing Ikeja constituency in Lagos.

The plaintiffs had applied to the court for leave to serve the lawmaker with the processes either by advertising them in a newspaper or posting them on his office walls.
