Now many of you are yet to test the high speed LTE internet data that Spectranet offer and even most of you that reside in the cities where Spectranet services are currently available, some of you still rely on the 2G/3G data services that MTN, Glo, Airtel and Etisalat offer you.

When you ever think of surfing the net in Nigeria on truly 4G speed networks, then you should start thinking of Spectranet and start leaving MTN, Glo, Airtel and Etisalat out of it.

M-tel on their part since late last year promised that they will be coming back with a bang and that they will be bringing to Nigerians high speed LTE data at affordable price; but some people have even started growing grey hair on the course of waiting for M-tel LTE network to land but they are still nowhere to be found.

How do you rock Spectranet LTE data services?

First of all, you need to obtain a Spectranet modem for yourself, and the Spectranet Indoor Wi-Fi modem is the most affordable and most suitable for individuals home usage.

Presently, you can obtain the Spectranet WiFi modem for either N12,000 with free 5GB of data or N15,000 with free 20GB of data or you can opt to pay N16,000 for the modem and with free 30GB data.

Spectranet offers their customers in Lagos and Ibadan 5GB of LTE data for 1 month at N4000.

Other plans include 20GB for N7000 and 40GB at N12,000, all valid for month and for Lagos and Ibadan residence only.

Then for those dwelling in Abujua and Port-harcourt, they get 5GB at N5000 for 1 month.

And the 20GB for Portharcourt residents goes N10,000 while Abuja residents get 20GB for N8,500.

So between Spectranet LTE data and MTN, Glo, Airtel or Etisalat, which would you rock?

Why the variations in prices for different cities?

When talking raw speed, Spectranet is not as fast as etisalat. I use Spectranet, etisalat and MTN. But for pricing, Spectranet is the best. Imagine 25gb for 8k. Spectranet average speed (at least in my location) is 1.5mbps while u can easily get 6mbps or more on etisalat. For normal surfing and business use, Spectranet is the best. But if u want to stream or want fast download, etisalat is way better, but more expensive. Mtn is also faster than Spectranet.

Odd!! How is a 3.75G network like etisalat and a 3.5G network like MTN faster than a supposed 4G network of Spectranet!!

I get the impression the OP works with Spectranet and is kinda advertising. If so, this is feedback right in your face!!

Was thinking of buying spectranet in pH, but if etisalat is faster, what's the point?

Really? you should ask folks who use smile, they'll tell u.
the reason smile is still expensive is cos of their speed .
You probably having a bad experience with smile cos of your location.when you happen to be in Abuja central areas, that's when you can clearly judge.
you should read up this link , a review of spectranet, smile, Etisalat and the rest.
